INVITATION LETTER
There are several meaning about Invitation:
1. Invitation is a document, written or printed or spoken words, conveying the message by which one is invited.
2. The act of inviting; the requesting of a person’s company; as an invitation to a party, dinner, or to visit a friend.
3. Invitation is a way to invite someone or more to go to a place or to do something or ask someone to participate a particular even & activity.
Kinds of Invitation :
- Written invitation (card)
- Spoken invitation
There are 2 types of invitation :
- Formal Invitation Usually originate from institues companies and a kind of it, normally formal invitation is written invitation.
- Informal Invitation Personal invitation given to friends, family, etc. Informal invitation can be written and verbal invitation.

Rejecting Invitation
- Thank you for asking me, but …
- Unfortunately, I can’t.
- I wish I could, but I have to study.
- Sorry, I have to work.
- I’m not sure. Maybe next time
