INVITATION LETTER

There are several meaning about Invitation:

1.  Invitation is a document, written or printed or spoken words, conveying the message by which one is invited.

2.  The act of inviting; the requesting of a person’s company; as an invitation to a party, dinner, or to visit a friend.

3.  Invitation is a way to invite someone or more to go to a place or to do something or ask someone to participate a particular even & activity.

  Kinds of Invitation : 

• Written invitation (card)
• Spoken invitation 

There are 2 types of invitation :

• Formal Invitation Usually originate from institues companies and a kind of it, normally formal invitation is written invitation.

• Informal Invitation Personal invitation given to friends, family, etc. Informal invitation can be written and verbal invitation.

Rejecting Invitation

• Thank you for asking me, but …
• Unfortunately, I can’t.
• I wish I could, but I have to study.
